With more than 20 years of international business and finance strategy experience, Al M. Karmali is the fourth generation entrepreneur within his family. Mr. Karmali has served on the board of directors for a number of companies and is the current Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Karmali Group International Investments Inc., and Karmali Capital Markets Management Corporation.

ENERGY | OIL AND GAS | MINING
- Provided consultation and business strategy with the re-organization and streamlining of a private $6.8-billion (U.S.) petroleum project for John Edwards.
- Partnered in business strategy sessions regarding the hypothecation of a $4.25-billion (U.S.) gold mining property in Nevada.
- Participated in regular transactions for the physical trade and shipping of petroleum, and petroleum by-products in the quantities of 1 million metric tonnes, 3 million metric tonnes, and 5 million metric tones.
- Participated in regular transactions for the physical trade and shipping of precious and semi-precious metals and commodities from Africa into the European Union and surrounding regions.
- Consultation of business, finance and shareholder strategies for a Canadian Investor Relations firm. Mr. Karmali held the in-house title of Executive Vice President of Corporate Management and successfully represented public energy and mining companies listed on both the Frankfurt and Toronto Stock Exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL FINANCING | BUSINESS STRATEGY
- Created alliances with Adnan Khashoggi’s former representative which led the way to full participation and assistance with exclusive global projects.
- Collaborated on projects with Warren Hedstrom of The Hedstrom Group (Nevada), providing assistance with the business, finance and joint venture strategy for the potential purchase of a $5-billion (U.S.) financial institution in Japan.
- Participated in projects with Erich Hauser of Avatar Mgmt LLC (Colorado), and held the in-house title of Vice President of International Development.
- Provision of business strategy and consulting on numerous projects within sectors relating to: Mining, Petroleum, Natural Gas, Uranium Energy, Solar and Wind Energy, Geothermal Power, Ethanol, Clean Coal Energy, Fuel Cell Technology, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology and Molecule Development, Infrastructure, Real Estate Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics.
INFRASTRUCTURE | REAL ESTATE
- Participated in business strategy sessions with a $8-billion (U.S.) privately held hotel and casino portfolio and also collaborated with various resort property development projects, senior housing projects and design and build projects – including the private consulting of port and commercial waterfront properties.
- Involved with the business strategy in the initial stages of a $5-billion (U.S.) city infrastructure and development project in Asia.
- Consulted for Ozzie Jurock of Jurock International (Vancouver, Canada) and held the in-house title of Account Manager.
- Assisted with real estate strategies at Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, Canada) and mentoring professionals in the areas of property site acquisitions, joint ventures, skip-transfers and sales of large residential and commercial multi-building parcels.
